Learned counsel for the petitioner is heard for some time. During the course of the arguments he pointed out that in spite of the petition being kept for final hearing on 20.09.2024 the Education Officer has served order on the Management on 30.08.2024. Learned counsel for the contesting respondents does not dispute the fact that by consent of both the sides the petition was kept for final hearing on 20.09.2024. 3.

Since this petition is part heard, instead of passing any order by considering merits thereof, this Court finds it appropriate to stay order 1/2
