Heard learned Counsel for the Petitoner. Perused the record. 2.

The Petitioner is challenging the order dated 5 February 2024 passed by the Trial Court, by which the application of third party (the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4C) for impleadment is allowed.

Perusal of the impugned order shows that the learned Trial Judge has referred to certain documents produced by the Petitioner/Plaintiff himself with list of documents Exhibit 14.

In view thereof, the Petitioner is directed to produce the list of documents Exhibit 14, alongwith the documents, in this Petition. 5.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 14 August 2024. In akn 1/2

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the impugned order is not yet given effect and the third parties are yet not impleaded as party Defendants in the said suit and next date is scheduled for effecting their impleadment.

It is clarified that even if third parties are impleaded in the suit as per the impugned order, the same would be subject to the final outcome of this Petition.
