The learned Advocate for the Company submits on instructions that the representation made by the Petitioner dated 16.03.2024, at page No. 121 of the Petition paper-book, has been filed under Clause 18 of the Brochure for 'Selection of Dealers for Regular and Rural Retail Outlets'. He further submits that the representation would be decided within 90 days in terms of the said Brochure. 3.
