ORDER :

Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 states that insofar as Petitioner No.1 is concerned, he has been granted first pay scale promotion since completion of twelve years of service from KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV the date of appointment i.e. 6th July, 1996. She states on instructions by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2026.04.30 11:03:29 +0530 that the claims of the other Petitioners will also be scrutinized by 1/2

905-WP 9013.2024.doc Respondent No.2 and after scrutinizing the first pay scale promotion in respect of these Petitioners, will also be granted upon completion of twelve years of service from their respective dates of appointment i.e. in the year 1996, 1997 and 1998 and not from 1st August, 2001. The above exercise shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. The statement is accepted. 2.

In view of the above statement, the prayer in the Petition has been worked out.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.

The Petition shall be placed for compliance on 15th June, 2026.
