This Court has taken a serious view with regard to the conduct of the Authority including the Sub Divisional Officer and Tahasildar who passed orders in question. The specific order was there directing these authorities to file affidavit. No affidavit is filed on record. Prima facie this amounts to contempt of Court. 2.
