In the above matter the Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra State is joined as Respondent No.2 and Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education is joined as Respondent No.3.

The issue in the above Writ Petition is the issuance of a No Objection Certificate from Respondent No.2 as well as Respondent No.3 so that the same can be uploaded on the website of Respondent No.4 (Pharmacy Council of India) so that the Petitioner can start a Pharmacy College and offer courses of Diploma in Pharmacy as well as Bachelor of Pharmacy. Till the date No Objection Certificate from Respondent Nos.2 and 3 is not forthcoming and therefore the present Petition. 3.

Mr.Patel, the learned AGP appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 as well as the learned advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3 have both sought time to file an affidavit-in-reply to the above Writ Petition.

Considering there is an urgency in the above matter, we direct that the replies on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall be filed within a period of 1 week from today and a copy of the same shall be served on the advocates for the Petitioner. In the said replies, the concerned Authorities shall also bring on record the report of the inspection that they have carried out in relation to the premises constructed by the Petitioner for the purposes of opening a Pharmacy College.
