This Petition impugns an Award dated May 7, 2024 passed by Respondent No.2, Insurance Ombudsman (Pune), set up by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India ("IRDAI"). 2.

None for the Respondents.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondents appear to indeed be tracking this matter, complaining to the regulatory authority about the non-compliance of the award, but have chosen not Digitally signed by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:

It is felt appropriate to give the Respondents one more chance to enter appearance and present their say, so that all parties are heard before a decision is taken in the matter.
