This petition impugns the order dated 16/4/2024 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for respondent Nos.6 and 7, on instructions, that against the order dated 24/8/2023, the petitioner has preferred Revision application No.579/2023 under Section 154 of the Co-operative Societies Act before the District Joint Registrar, Mumbai. According to learned counsel for respondent Nos.6 and 7 the revision is pending. 3.

Mr. Saraogi submits that he has not been instructed by the petitioner about the filing of such revision. 4.

In this view of the matter, there is no reason to entertain this Petition as it is for the petitioner to pursue his remedy against the rsk 1 of

21-WP-9031-24.doc order dated 24/8/2023 before the District Joint Registrar. 5.

Furthermore it is the contention of learned counsel for respondent Nos.6 and 7 that even the order dated 24/8/2023 is challenged in this Court by way of Writ Petition (St) No.33136/2023.

The present petition is therefore not entertained. All contentions in the pending proceedings are kept open. I may not be understood to have expressed any opinion on the merits of the contentions. No costs.
