In the proceedings filed under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 ('the said Act'), the enquiry report dated 31st March 2021 was the subject matter of challenge in an Appeal filed before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies. During pendency of these proceedings, the Petitioner approached this Court by filing Writ Petition No.3115 of 2022. By the order dated 25th April 2022, interim protection was granted to the Petitioner during pendency of that Appeal. After dismissal of the said Appeal on 2nd March 2023, the Petitioner has approached the State Government under Section 154 of the said Act. It is the grievance of the Petitioner that though the said proceedings were filed on 6th April 2023, the same has not taken up for consideration. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 19th July 2024. 3.

Learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 3 to 8. Instructions be obtained as regard the time that would be required to decide the Revision Application.

Till the returnable date, no coercive steps be taken against the Petitioner.
