Considering the nature of misconduct, it appears that there is evidence of Watch and Ward Inspector about Respondent/s consuming alcohol inside bus of the Petitioner-Company. In that view of the matter, the impugned orders passed by the Industrial Court prima facie appears to be erroneous. Therefore, till the next date of hearing there shall be stay to the orders dated 6 September 2023 and 20 May 2024.
