The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that as the representative of the Bank was not present on 19th December 2024, possession of the secured asset could not be taken. He submits that the Tahsildar has now issued notice in which it is stated that steps for taking possession would be taken by 25th January 2025.
