At the outset, Mr.Ardeshir tendered a draft amendment to bring Mr.Ganesh Gupta, the Original Complainant before MahaRERA as a party Respondent No.4 to the above Writ Petition. Mr.Ardeshir submitted that this amendment would be necessary because the Original Complainant ought to be heard before any final orders are passed in the above Writ Petition.

Considering these circumstances, the draft amendment tendered across the bar are taken on record and marked "X" for JULY 02, 2024 Utkarsh

Considering that this is a pre-admission amendment the Petitioner is permitted to carry out the amendment as per the draft handed in within a period of 1 week from today and the amended copy of the Petition along with a copy of this order shall be served on all the Respondents [including the newly added Respondent] immediately thereafter. Re-verification is dispensed with. 3.

We now place the above matter on 16th July 2024. In the interregnum and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of all the parties, the amount of Rs.51,75,000/- deposited by the Petitioner with Respondent No.3 on 30th April 2024 shall not be disbursed to any party till 18th July 2024.

We put the parties to notice that we may dispose of the Writ Petition at the admission stage itself.
