Heard Mr. Holamagi, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Smt. Raje, learned AGP for Respondent - State of Maharashtra. 2.

This issue pertains to cancellation of license of Petitioner's establishment. Mr. Holamagi, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Writ Petitioner would submit that since 02.02.2024, the establishment of Petitioner has been shut by virtue of impugned order. He would submit that livelihood of several persons working in the Petitioner's establishment and their family members is affected. In that view of the matter, he urges the Court to take up the matter on priority for admission.

Ms. Raje appears for the Respondents. She would submit that she has received copy of papers only today and would take appropriate instructions. However in view of the aforementioned
