Already probate is granted, but the petition for its revocation is pending. The present Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 8066 of 2024 and Respondent No. 33/Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 9110 of 2024 have filed two separate proceedings for revocation. They have started with the evidence.

The trial Court as well as Appellate Court have refused to pass any order below Exh. 5. Now it is under challenge. It requires detailed hearing.

Both matters be kept on 27th November 2024, high on board. 6.
