Pursuant to the order dated 08/07/2024, the learned counsel appearing for respondent, on instructions, submits that the next date of the proceedings is scheduled on 19/07/2024. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate, Daman to decide the proceedings filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 within a period of four weeks from that date. All contentions of parties are kept open.
