Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits the substantive relief in this Petition, which reads as follows: ASHWINI GAJAKOSH "(a) appropriate writ, order, direction, directing the ASHWINI H GAJAKOSH Date: 2024.07.11 12:13:04 +0530 Respondents to consider representation of the petitioner annexed at (Exhibit-B) to the petition and initiate appropriate action in accordance with law 10th July 2024

Accordingly, we direct the Thane Municipal Corporation ("TMC") to dispose of Petitioner's complaint/representation dated 8th April 2024 in accordance with law and on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any event within two months from today, i.e., on or before 4th September 2024. 5.

In disposing of this representation, if any adverse action is proposed against any parties, the TMC should hear them and comply with principles of natural justice and fair. 6.

With the above directions, Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner may also be heard and a speaking order should be made by the TMC. If any of the parties are aggrieved by such speaking order they are at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. 7.
