Amendment is permitted to be carried out forthwith. Reverificaton is dispensed with. 2.

Upon necessary amendment being carried out, issue fresh notice to Respondent Nos.9, 10 and 11 by making it returnable on 20/01/2025. Hamdast granted. In addition, notice is also permitted to be served through private mode of service.
