The application for speaking to minutes seeks a clarification to the effect that the observations made in the Judgment dated 19.07.2024, would not come in the way of the petitioner of getting the application decided on its merits. In paragraph-14 of the said Judgment, I have already said that, in case the petitioner claims any perversity, the plea would be available to him under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, I therefore do no see any reason for any clarification being required.
