Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 25.09.2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

The work order has already been issued with regard to the laying of the Pandan road under the project titled as "Matoshri Gram Samrudhi Shet/Pandan Road" to be implemented under the Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. In the light of the GR dated 11.11.2021, Respondent No.1 issued a Government notification sanctioning Pandan Shet Rasta from the agricultural field of Smt. Rohini Vilas Pawar, up to the agricultural field of Smt. Asrabai under the Kahnapur Gram Panchayat over a distance of 1 km, which was cancelled unilaterally by the Government. When

( 2 ) 922 wp 9200.24 the work order was already issued and laying of the Pandan road work had already commenced. Suddenly, on 26.02.2024, the work has been stopped. 3.

Considering the pleadings set out and the documents available in the Petition paper book, we direct by way of an interim measure, that the amount of Rs.24,72,025/- shall not be diverted to any other project and shall be kept reserved only for the purposes of the Writ road, until further orders. 4.

All office objections to be removed on or before 12.09.2024, failing which, the Petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court, on 13.09.2024.
