On 30th July 2024 we had adjourned this matter for today to enable Mr.Rodrigues appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.4 to 6 to take instructions, especially in light of the e-mail that was tendered by Respondent No.3 (State Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra State) clarifying that the Petitioner can apply for counselling under the OBC category subject to him producing the Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate and the Non Creamy Layer Certificate. Today when the matter is called out, Mr.Rodrigues stated that one more week is required to take instructions and to file an affidavit.
