Learned counsel for the Thane Municipal Corporation ("TMC") hands in an order dated 05 January 2024 in which TMC has concluded that the construction put up by the 7th respondent is unauthorised, and the 7th respondent had been granted 15 days time to demolish such construction. Till date, the construction is not demolished.

Therefore, we direct the TMC to execute its own order dated 05 January 2024 within 2 months from today i.e. on or before 03 September 2024.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.

There shall be no orders as to the costs.
