The above Writ Petition has been filed inter alia seeking to set aside the Impugned Order, dated July 22, 2021 passed by the Maintenance Tribunal at Panvel, Raigad.

The other relief sought is that this Court direct Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 (State Authorities) to render assistance to the Petitioner in giving effect to the order dated February 2, 2022 passed by the Learned District Magistrate, Raigad Alibaug under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 as also the orders that may be passed by this Court.

We have heard Mr. De Souza, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, Mr. Modi, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 as well as Ms. Vyas, Learned Addl. GP appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. We have also heard Mr. Prakhar Tandon for the intervener - Vidhi Tejas Khandhar, who was the recipient of the Gift Deed, dated May 18, 2017 executed by Respondent No.2 in her favour. We have also perused the papers and proceedings in the above Writ Petition. With the consent of parties, we have also taken up the Writ Petition for hearing and final disposal.

The judgment in the Writ Petition is reserved, which shall be pronounced in due course.
