Learned counsel for the petitioner has raised objection to the order impugned on the ground that unless delay is condoned in filing of the appeal, the appeal ought not to have been entertained by respondent No.1. It is his further submission by drawing attention of this Court to the order impugned that in spite of objection being raised for grant of stay to the measurement, same was granted by respondent No.1 and the hearing was fixed on 18.06.2024 to decide the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. It his grievance that till date the hearing is not done nor any order is passed. It is pointed out the next date of hearing is fixed 1/2

S.S.Kilaje 38-wp-9254-2024 before respondent No.1 on 09.10.2024. Respondent No.1 to decide the application for condonation of delay on the said date itself. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to inform this order to the Authority. 4.
