The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of the petition would be served if respondent no.1 is directed to decide the appeal pending before him within stipulated time, as in absence thereof the petitioner apprehends de-panelisation from the panel of Auditors. Considering the nature of relief sought, there is no need to issue notice to respondent nos.4 & 5. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1 to 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed of by directing VAI
