Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the petition to annex the copy of the application at Exhibit 79. 2.
Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the impugned order, petitioner's application for setting aside 'No Cross' order of the respondent's witness has been rejected. She further submits that her application for recalling witness is also rejected. She submits that the main petition is kept for final arguments in the Family Court tomorrow 1/2

I have perused the papers. Considering the nature of the impugned order, the petition is required to be heard finally at admission stage.

The petitioner shall pay amount of Rs. 10,000/- towards cost to the respondent directly transferring the amount by Google Pay. The petitioner is permitted to pay the said amount and place on record the receipt towards the payment in the Registry. On submitting the receipt of payment, office is directed to issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 29th August 2024. Notice to indicate that the petition shall be decided finally at admission stage.

In addition to Court notice, petitioner to serve the respondent by private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date. 7.
Till next date, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
