Since the impugned order has been passed by the Court in the District Ahmednagar. The proper remedy to the petitioners is to approach the Aurangabad Bench of this Court to challenge the impugned order.

Hence, keeping all rights and contentions raised in the petition open to be agitated in fresh writ petition, the present writ petition can be disposed of.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court challenging the impugned order.
