The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Let the Education Officer enter an affidavit in reply on or before 4th January, 2025.

The learned AGP shall take instructions from the concerned Talwalkar

2 953.WP9315.2024.odt Assistant Charity Commissioner, Solapur as regards the entry in Schedule I with reference to Respondent No. 5 Trust, keeping in view that it is alleged that there is an internal squabble between two factions of the Trust.

Office objections, if any, shall be removed on or before 16th December, 2024 failing which the Petition will stand dismissed without reference to the Court, on 17th December, 2024. 6.

Since the Petitioner makes a statement that approval to his appointment has been granted and is not receiving honorarium as per the appointment order, we direct that honorarium payable to the Petitioner for the period he is working, shall be paid with effect from the month of November, 2024.
