The grievance of the petitioner is about non release of his retiral benefits including pension and gratuity and though according to the learned counsel Mr. Thobde, representing the petitioner, the direction was issued for release of provisional pension by the Senior Accounts Officer to the Regional Director of Higher Education, the provisional pension is also informed to have been stopped without any justification. Mr. Aradhya, waive notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. However, since it is the respondent no.3, who is expected to respond to the grievance raised in the petition, we expect the learned AGP to obtain instructions on behalf of respondent nos.3 to 5.
