This application is filed for directing the Family Court to expedite the trial by fixing time bound schedule. 2.

I do not find any merit in the reasons stated in the application. 3.

Such prayer cannot be entertained in view of the recent decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of High Court Bar Association, Allahabad v/s State of Uttar Pradesh and ors1. 4.

Writ Petition is therefore dismissed.

The petitioner is however at liberty to make appropriate application before the Family Court, Nashik.
