DATE : 10 JULY 2024 P.C. :- The Petition was called out in the morning session and kept back in the afternoon session for the learned AGP to take instructions from the Deputy Director of Education since the order passed was contrary to the various decisions of this Court. The learned AGP on instructions states that the impugned order would be withdrawn and the name of the Petitioners would be entered in the Shalarth ID.

In the light of the statement made which we accept, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As regard the approval based on which the Shalarth ID is granted, a power do exist with the Deputy Director to cancel the same but is under a different Government Resolutions on different set of parameters such as collusion, fraud, misrepresentation, etc. M.M. SATHAYE, J.
