This Writ Petition is filed for seeking a direction to set aside the election of 13 Directors of the Respondent No.5-Society who have been elected unopposed So also, relief is sought for a further direction to the Respondent No.2 to conduct fresh elections of the Respondent No.5-Society.

We are of the view that an alternate statutory remedy is available to the Petitioners to seek relief as sought in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is not entertained on merits. It is accordingly disposed of.
