The relief sought by the petitioner is for expeditious consideration of application dated 12th December, 2023 seeking implementation of order passed by the Revenue Authority with regard to the mutation entries in his land. By the order dated 11th July, 2024, time was granted to the learned Assistant Government Pleader to obtain instructions. No such instructions till date have been obtained.

In this backdrop, it is directed that respondent No.5-Tahsildar, shall consider the petitioner's application dated 12th December, 2023 and take a decision thereon within a eight weeks of receiving a copy 1/2 ADN

39-wp-9429-2024.doc of this order. In case, any concerned parties are to be heard, they shall be given an opportunity in that regard. For consideration of the said application, the petitioner shall appear before the Tahsildar on 20th December, 2024. All points on merits are kept open. 3.
