The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order dated 26th April 2024 passed by the Tahsildar is the subject matter of challenge before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bhudargad. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the next date of the proceedings is 8th October 2024 and that the proceedings would be decided expeditiously. 3.

In view of aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Sub-Divisional Officer to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioners on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the said date.
