Respondent No.6 appearing in person makes a statement that the notice dated 23rd April 2024 impugned in this petition has already been cancelled by the Tahasildar. It is his contention that fresh notice has been issued against the developer. He further makes a statement that in the said notice, the property of the Society has not been sought to be attached.

In view of this, nothing survives in the petition. The petition , therefore, stands dismissed.
