After the Writ Petition was heard for some time, both the counsels suggested that they would like to see if the disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.4, who are the Mother and Son, can be amicably resolved. They both therefore suggested that a Mediator be appointed to try and see if the disputes can be settled. DECEMBER 13, 2024 Utkarsh

Considering the stand taken by the parties, we direct that Mr.Sadashiv Deshmukh is appointed as the Mediator to try and see if the disputes between the Mother (the Petitioner) and her Son (Respondent No.4) can be amicably resolved.

The parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator on 18th December 2024. The Mediator shall thereafter give all further directions as to how the mediation to proceed. 4.

We request the learned Mediator to file his report in this Court on or before 24th January 2025.

Place the above matter on 24th January 2025.
