The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that subject matter of this petition would cover the points stated in the notice dated 29 March 2024 by the Registry about the the matters to be transferred to Aurangabad bench of this Court. The notice calls upon the Advocates to give list of such matters.

The Registrar Judicial will examine as to whether this petition is covered by the said notice and if it is so covered, then to transfer the matter to Aurangabad bench of this Court. 3.
