: AVINASH G. GHAROTE, J.

DATED : 8TH JULY 2024 P.C.:

1.

Only grievance raised is that the application under Section 26(B) of the Mamletdar Court Act filed by the petitioner has not been decided, though it has been heard on 11th September 2023. That being the only grievance the petition can be is disposed of, as there is no necessity to issue notice to the Respondent Nos. 2 to 22.

2.

The learned AGP appears for Respondent No.1. The petition is disposed of by directing the learned Mamalatdar to decide the application under section 26(B) along with the main proceedings. (AVINASH G. GHAROTE, J.) Sharada
