In paragraph No.10 of the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 3, it is stated that with regard to the consideration of various pending proposals of the Petitioner society, a decision in accordance with law would be taken within a period of six months. The reason indicated is the absence of the Petitioner's representative on 04.03.2024. Since this affidavit has been filed on 13.09.2024 and period of six months has already lapsed, necessary instructions in this regard shall be obtained.
