Pursuant to the order dated 17.04. 2025, the learned Assistant Government pleader on instructions submits that on 21.04.2025 a meeting of the Steering Committee was held, wherein a decision was taken with regard to the project report concerning the Petitioner society. It was decided to have the said proposal revised after which final approval in the matter could be granted. It is further submitted that time of three months would be required to do the needful. 2.

The minutes of the meeting dated 21.04.2025 are taken on record and marked 'A' as identification. Accepting the statement made on institutions, it is directed that within a period of three months from the receipt of this order, the entire process in the matter of grant of approval to the revised project report for the Petitioner society be undertaken.
