Mr A. R. Syed, Advocate for Petitioners in all Petitions Mr S. R. Wakale and Mr V. M. Kagne, A.G.Ps. for Respondent Nos.1, 3 & 4 Mr A. R. Nikam, Advocate for Respondent No.2 Mr V. V. Gujar, Advocate for Respondent Nos.5 & 6 CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE AND Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, JJ.

DATE : 5th September, 2024

(2) PER COURT:

1.

Issue notice to the Respondents in all these Writ Petitions, returnable on 01/10/2024. The learned A.G.Ps. waive service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 in respective Writ Petitions. Shri. Nikam, the learned Advocate waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.2, in all Petitions. Shri. Gujar, the learned Advocate waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.5 and 6, in all Petitions. 2.

We are not granting ex-parte ad-interim relief today, considering that the Petitioners' names are noticed in the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) exam result scam and their TET exam result has been cancelled. So also, the prospective employers desire to check the antecedents of these Petitioners, and hence, the Respondent/Zilla Parishad is waiting for the Cyber Cell report concerning the present Petitioners. The prayer that the Petitioners should be permitted to participate in the selection process through the 'Pavitra Portal', would be considered after the pleadings are complete, the stage is still alive.

(3) 3.

All office objections in all these Petitions shall be removed on or before 23/09/2024, failing which, the Writ Petition/s shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court on 24/09/2024.
