Mr. Shrirang Katneswarkar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the term of the Executive Committee of the Maharashtra Boxing Association has ended in 2022. However, since then, no elections are held. He submits that the Petitioner's application before the Assistant Charity Commissioner for directions to hold elections was dismissed on completely untenable grounds. Therefore, he submits that the Petitioner has no other alternative or efficacious remedy other than to approach this

Mr. Katneswarkar states that all the Respondents (except Respondent No.24) have been duly served and affidavit of service can always be filed to this effect. He however admits that there is no notice for final disposal of this Petition given to the Respondents.

Accordingly, we issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 10 October 2025 indicating that this Petition will be disposed of finally at the admission stage. 4.

The Petitioner should take immediate steps to serve this notice and if any of the Respondents wish to file any reply, they should file and serve such reply latest by 6 October 2025.

Place this Petition on 10 October 2025 for final disposal at the admission stage.
