This petition challenges the order rejecting the petitioner's application seeking order of injunction restraining the respondent's husband and his family members from dispossessing her from matrimonial house.

There are other prayers in the application. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner would have no objection if respondent resides in the matrimonial flat, however, her grievance is with regard to refusal of injunction as prayed by her. In view of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the petitioner, issue notice to respondent returnable on 24th September 2024.
