Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard by consent of parties.

By this Writ Petition the Petitioner is seeking direction to Respondent No. 2 to execute and implement the order dated 12th February 2021 passed by Respondent No. 1 under Section 14 of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act, 2002) by taking physical possession of the secured --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Order dated 3rd December 2025

SVC Co-op. Bank Ltd. Vs. State WP/9624/2024 assets as described in Exhibit 'A' to the Petition within such time as this Court deems fit and proper.

The learned Addl. GP appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 states on instructions that Respondent No. 2 - Nayab Tahasildar, Haveli will take physical possession of the Secured Asset on or before 7th January 2026. The notice of possession will be issued on 5th December 2025. The statement is accepted.

The learned Addl. GP has sought for police assistance for taking physical possession of the Secured Assets.

Accordingly, the concerned Police Station having jurisdiction over where the Secured Asset is situated shall provide police assistance to the Respondent No. 2 for taking physical possession of the Secured Asset by the scheduled date i.e. 7th January 2026 and the cost for the police assistance shall be borne by the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
