This Writ Petition had been disposed of by an order dated 3rd December 2025. This was in view of the statement made by the learned Addl. G.P. appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 5 that Respondent No.2Nayab Tahasildar, Haveli, Pune will take physical possession of the Secured Asset on or before 7th January 2026. The notice of possession would be issued on 5th December 2025. The statement was accepted by this Court. 2.

Mr. Rajani, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the concerned Police Station which this Court had directed to provide police assistance, is unable to provide the police assistance in view of the forthcoming election scheduled on 15th January 2026. He has accordingly sought for a deferral in the date for taking physical possession of the Shubham 1/2

2 902-WP-9624-2024.doc Secured Asset which is to be taken on or before 7th January 2026. 3.

In view thereof, learned Addl. G.P. appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 5 states that the physical possession of the Secured Asset will be taken on or before 30th January 2026 with the police assistance as directed by this Court provided to Respondent No.2-Nayab Tahasildar, Haveli, Pune. 4.

In view of the above statement accepted by this Court, the concerned Police Station having jurisdiction over the Secured Asset shall provide police assistance to Respondent No.2 for taking physical possession of the Secured Asset by the revised schedule date i.e. 30th January 2026. The cost for police assistance shall be borne by the Petitioners. 5.
