This petition was kept for compliance today in the light of the order dated 2nd February 2026, disposing of the writ petition. 2.

We had directed that physical possession of the subject property shall be handed over to the Petitioner No. 1- Bank on or before 15th February 2026.

Learned AGP informs that the Respondent No. 2- Nayab Tahsildar has issued notice for taking physical possession of the subject property on 20th February 2026, to be handed over to the Petitioner No. 1Sweety

The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the officials of the Police Station, Warje, Pune, have not been enthusiastic in complying with the direction issued by this Court. 5.

We find that the aforesaid police station is not specifically made a party respondent in the present writ petition. But, since the subject property falls within the jurisdiction of Police Station, Warje, Pune, we direct the officials of the said police station to ensure that appropriate police assistance is provided to the Nayab Tahsildar for taking physical possession of the subject property on the next date i.e. 20th February 2026. The direction issued by this Court shall be positively complied with and the physical possession of the subject property shall be handed over to the Petitioner No. 1- Bank.

In view of the above, list for compliance on 24th February 2026 in the supplementary list.
