The grievance of the petitioners is that after handing over possession of the subject properties to them on 7th March 2024 and 27th March 2024, the same has been taken of from the petitioners. Two separate FIRs have also been filed in respect of the same. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader to obtain necessary instructions in this regard.
