The learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, submits that though possession of the secured assets was taken on 20 November 2024 and 29 November 2024, the borrowers again trespassed into the said properties. Hence, First Information Reports dated 2 December 2024 and 3 December 2024 have been lodged.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks time to obtain instructions as regards steps to be taken to redeliver the possession of the secured assets. List the petition under the caption "For Directions" on 18 December 2024.
