The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that if the petitioners approach the Police Inspector, Satara Shahar Police Station in the couple of days, further steps would be taken to re-deliver the possession of the subject property. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, it is open for the petitioners to approach the concerned Police Station and seek police assistance. In case, police protection is desired, necessary charges shall be paid. 3.
