It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently instead of name of "Kamlesh, son of Assandas Dharra" name of "Murlidhar, Kamlesh, son of Assandas Dharra" is came to be passed. This error appears to be inadvertent hence be corrected. 3.

In view thereof, in paragraph No.1 on the second page of the order in the first line instead of "Murlidhar, son of Assandas Dharra" be read as "Kamlesh, son of Assandas Dharra".

Motion stands accordingly disposed of.
