Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has challenged the order dated 15th December 2021 and the order rejecting petitioner's application for modification and review of order dated 15th December 2021. However, the petitioner has continued to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.50,000/- per month to the wife. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has raised serious objections on the application for enhancement of maintenance amount for the two children on the ground that they are major and they have completed their MBBS course. He further submits that the application for enhancement for 1/2

902-wp-9662-2024.docx maintenance for the children on the ground of higher education is bereft of any particulars regarding their higher education. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 24th September 2024. 4.

In addition to Court notice, learned advocate for the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent by private service and file affidavit of service before the next date.

Subject to the petitioner continuing to pay the monthly maintenance of Rs.50,000/- to the wife, there will be ad-interim stay to the execution of the impugned order granting enhancement of maintenance, till the next day.
